Acupuncture Initial Consultation - $120

Your first visit is a 90-minute session that includes a comprehensive Initial Intake and Acupuncture Treatment. We begin with an in-depth discussion of your health history, current symptoms, and long-term wellness goals. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic methods, we assess your overall condition and create a personalized treatment plan. This is followed by your first acupuncture treatment, tailored specifically to your needs. This extended session allows time to lay a strong foundation for your healing process.

Acupuncture Follow Up - $90

Each follow-up visit is a 60-minute acupuncture session focused on continuing and refining your treatment plan. I will begin with a brief check-in to assess your progress and any changes in your condition. Based on this, your acupuncture treatment will be adjusted as needed to support your healing goals. Additional therapies such as cupping, moxibustion, Electrostimulation, or lifestyle recommendations may be included if necessary.

Cupping Only $50

Cupping Therapy Benefits
Cupping is a traditional technique that uses suction to stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, and promote detoxification. It draws fresh blood and Qi to the surface, helping the body clear stagnation and reduce inflammation.

Benefits of Cupping Include:

  • Relieves back, neck, and shoulder pain

  • Eases muscle stiffness and tension

  • Improves circulation and lymphatic flow

  • Supports immune function during colds and respiratory infections

  • Promotes relaxation and reduces stress

  • Aids recovery from sports injuries and physical strain

In Chinese Medicine, cupping helps move stagnant Qi and Blood, making it a powerful adjunct to acupuncture when treating pain, respiratory issues, or general fatigue.

Gwasha Only $50

Benefits of Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a gentle scraping technique used in Chinese Medicine to release tension, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It involves using a smooth-edged tool to stroke the skin, stimulating circulation and moving stagnant Qi and Blood.

Common Benefits of Gua Sha:

  • Relieves muscle pain and tightness

  • Reduces inflammation and promotes lymphatic drainage

  • Alleviates tension headaches and neck stiffness

  • Boosts immune response during colds or fever

  • Enhances skin health and glow (especially in facial Gua Sha)

  • Calms the nervous system and supports relaxation

Gua Sha is often used as an adjunct to acupuncture for musculoskeletal pain, respiratory issues, and even cosmetic rejuvenation. It’s safe, non-invasive, and deeply therapeutic when applied appropriately.

ElectroStim

Electroacupuncture Stimulation
Electroacupuncture is an advanced form of acupuncture where gentle electrical currents are applied to the needles to enhance the therapeutic effect. It is only used when appropriate, based on your individual diagnosis and treatment plan. This technique helps amplify the movement of Qi and Blood through the channels, especially in cases of stubborn pain, nerve dysfunction, or muscular tightness.

Benefits of Electroacupuncture
Electroacupuncture can accelerate healing, relieve chronic and acute pain, reduce inflammation, and improve nerve function. It’s especially helpful for conditions like sciatica, arthritis, neuropathy, and muscle spasms. The treatment is painless and deeply relaxing, offering enhanced results while still honoring the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
